You will get your genes classified by BINs. Please note that as BINs are hierarchical as indicated by dots "." in their Code, your genes will be counted several times in the hierarchy. For example you might have an rhamnose synthase, this would be counted towards Bins 10 (cell wall), 10.1 (cell wall.precursors), and 10.1.10 (cell wall.precursors.RHM). However, the number of genes in subbins doesn't necessarily add up to the number of genes in the parent bin, as duplicates are removed and some genes might just be roughly qualified.
